A few steps from Piazza Bra and the Arena, we find LC11: the ideal solution for families or groups of friends who wish to spend their stay a few steps from the historic center in a completely modernized structure equipped with every comfort!

Located on the econd floor, the accommodation is designed to be inhabited by 2 different families: it is in fact equipped with 2 living areas with kitchenette, two bathrooms and an internal dividing door which guarantees absolute privacy during the stay. 

The first portion of the house is ideal for couples who may need a third bed thanks to the sofa bed in the kitchen, while the second, larger portion offers two large double bedrooms as well as a living/kitchen area. 

Both units have a balcony and a toilet with shower and there is also a single parking space for small cars in the same building.

Parking is available on request and with an additional charge of 50.00 euros per stay! Parking is available for one small car or two motorbikes! (1.9m x3.9m)

Inside you will find everything you need for a short stay in Verona: sheets, pillowcases, blankets, hairdryer, TV, WI-FI internet, kitchen utensils and small appliances (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, etc.) will be present at your I arrive.

The house is suitable for hosting a maximum of 7 people inside and is perfect for visiting the main tourist attractions of the city, treating yourself to a visit to the wonderful shores of Lake Garda or the Valpolicella vineyards!
